Construction Process
- Open communication
- Coordination with client and contractor, supervision of project
- Work will be completed in a professional manner
- Any changes will be put into a change order signed by client and contractor
Completion of Project
- Preliminary inspection
- Punch list completed
- Clean up of job site
- Final inspections by contractor and city official
- Client will receive warranties and waiver of lien
